The Sunbeam Foundation

The Sunbeam Foundation identifies and supports cutting-edge research aimed at finding a cure for Ewing’s Sarcoma and other forms of pediatric bone cancer. Nearly 100% of dollars raised goes directly to research.

Inspired by the memory of Sara LaBoskey, who succumbed to Ewing’s Sarcoma at the age of 21, the Sunbeam Foundation was founded by her brother, Jeff LaBoskey and Sara’s best friend, Brad Wolfe.

The Sunbeam Scholar is a grant created to support top young physicians to research this underfunded and rare form of cancer. The Sunbeam Foundation has a goal to raise $50,000 to support next year’s Sunbeam Scholar grant recipient.
